Hotfix List
Below is a list of software issues that have been fixed using software updates or utilities not available using the normal Check for Updates process. We refer to these as Hotfixes.

Summary
Avast antivirus blocking MCRIF32.exe and deleting files Some users with Avast antivirus have had issues with calculation where the system is freezing and giving Access violation errors. To fix this issue, users will need to contact their IT department and go into Avast and go into Settings then Maintenance and go to exclusions to add C:\MCRIF32 directory to the exclusions listing in Avast. "Unable to Lock" ECR Export error If you encounter error on ECR Export "Unable to Lock", you will want to go to the directory in File Explorer where you cost report file (mcr or mcrx file) is located. If you are unsure where this is, go into the HFS Software and go to File - Recent Files and this will give the path where your cost report file is located.
Once you are in this directory in File Manager, find any file with an extension *.LCK (may want to sort by file type).
Delete all of the files with the LCK extension and then you will be able to go into the software and create the ECR export.
