Other Significant Transmittal 3 changes include:

  • While effective for cost reporting periods ending on or after June 1, 2018, Level One Edit 1050A was added and will require a more detailed reporting of Worksheet A costs. Edit 1050A states "Worksheet A, column 7, lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 13, 28, 33, 37, and 38, must be greater than zero; and, the sum of lines 14 and 42.50 must also be greater than zero.".
